Vivacity.ai was founded on a simple belief: most growing businesses do not lack ambition. They lack the operating infrastructure to move as fast as their ideas.
The origin
I started Vivacity because I had felt the difference myself.
As I began using AI, automation, and better systems across my own work and life, something changed. The work that used to slow me down started moving faster. Repetitive tasks became lighter. Messy information became easier to organise. Problems that once felt too large to tackle suddenly felt within reach.
It felt like my output, thinking capacity, and problem-solving ability had expanded.
Not because AI replaced the work, but because it gave me more leverage. More room to think. More space to focus on the things that actually moved me toward my goals.
That experience shaped the reason Vivacity exists.
I wanted to help other business owners feel that same shift: from being buried in admin, follow-up, spreadsheets, scattered tools, and gut-feel decisions, to having clearer systems that surface what matters and help them act with confidence.

I'm Bryson Walter, founder of Vivacity.ai.
My background spans AI, data, analytics, reporting, automation, and decision-support systems at enterprise scale. Over nine years at Commonwealth Bank, I worked across data analytics on both the retail and business banking side, turning complex information into clearer reporting, better insight, and stronger decision-making.
As an AI Platform Engineer, I worked with machine learning pipelines, real-time data systems, and automation infrastructure supporting one of Australia's largest financial institutions.
At x15ventures, CBA's venture studio, I worked across digital operations and technology for fintech product builds, sitting at the intersection of analytics, data science, operations, and business-facing problem solving.
Across both environments I've built and shipped agentic workflows and LLM-enabled systems , hands-on with the OpenAI and Claude SDKs, Google Gemini, NVIDIA NeMo, AWS SageMaker and Bedrock, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, structured outputs, tool calling, and human-in-the-loop approval patterns. That's the engine room behind every Vivacity AI teammate.
That experience showed me what well-resourced organisations can access: structured reporting, automated alerts, connected systems, better data, and more intelligent workflows.
But I also saw the gap.
Many founders and growing businesses are making equally important decisions from fragmented tools, manual processes, spreadsheets, inboxes, and instinct. Not because they are less capable, but because the infrastructure has not been accessible, affordable, or simple enough to use.
I founded Vivacity.ai to close that gap.
