Who we are
This Privacy Policy applies to Vivacity.ai (vivacityai.com.au), operated by Vivacity Digital (ABN 57 940 142 452), an Australian business.
Information we collect
- Account details you give us.
- The business data you connect, which we access read-only to provide the service.
- Usage and diagnostic information.
How we use it
Only to provide and improve the service for you. We never sell your data and never use it to train third-party AI models.
Where it's stored
In Australian data centres (Sydney). Some connectors fetch your data through their own provider's infrastructure; where that involves a cross-border transfer it is handled under Australian Privacy Principle 8 and used only to read data you have approved.
Retention
When you disconnect a tool, its credentials are deleted immediately and its synced data within 30 days. When you close your workspace, all your data is deleted within 30 days and backups purged within a further 30 days.
Your rights (APPs)
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@vivacityai.com.au.
Security
Encryption in transit and at rest; access controls; breach notification per the Privacy Act.
