Setup starts read-only, and routine actions only run automatically once you accept the agreed permissions and rules, with exceptions going to a person. Your data is stored in Australia. Vivacity is built and run by a real, accountable Australian business.

    Encrypted at rest and in transit

    Australian data residency

    Your workspace and its data are hosted in Australian data centres (Sydney).

    Read-only by default

    Connectors start read-only and outward actions are drafted during setup. Routine sends only run automatically after you accept the agreed permissions and rules; exceptions go to a person.

    Never sold, never used to train

    Your data is never sold, and never used to train third-party models.

    Isolated per business

    Your data is never mixed with another customer's. Each workspace is logically isolated.

    Disconnect or delete anytime

    Revoke a connector or delete your workspace whenever you like. We honour deletion within 30 days.
