    How we work

From messy problem to working system.

    1. 01

      Understand & diagnose

We learn how the work actually happens, where it breaks down and what improvement should look like.

      You receive

      Solution on a Page

      • Problem
      • Opportunity
      • Proposed approach
      • Scope
      • Success measures
    2. 02

      Build & test

We configure, connect or build a focused first version and test it against realistic scenarios.

      You receive

      Working proof

      • Prototype or workflow
      • Test results
      • Findings
      • Recommended next step
    3. 03

      Deploy & improve

Once accepted, we introduce the system into the agreed workflow, monitor it and improve it based on evidence.

      You receive

      Operating plan

      • Ownership
      • Documentation
      • Monitoring
      • Review points
      • Improvement plan

    Eight steps, one working system.

    Human control

AI should earn the right to act.

We introduce automation progressively. Critical actions stay human-controlled until the workflow, information and failure modes have been tested and accepted.

    1. 01

      Observe

      Watches and reports

    2. 02

      Draft

      Prepares work for you

    3. 03

      Review

      A person approves

    4. 04

      Act

      Only once tested and accepted

    How we build responsibly

    The details that matter.

    Human approval
Anything that affects customers, money or records is reviewed by a named person during setup. Routine actions run on their own only after you explicitly accept the workflow and its permissions; exceptions still go to a person.
    Access
We ask only for the access a task needs, agree it with you in writing and remove it when it is no longer needed.
    Testing
Every build is checked against realistic examples, including awkward cases and what should happen when information is missing.
    Prototype vs production
A prototype shows the idea works. Production adds monitoring, ownership, documentation and agreed support. We are clear which one you have.
    Proof of Value
A focused proof starts after your team accepts the working setup. Continuing afterwards needs a separate agreement. Nothing converts automatically.
    Monitoring
Live workflows are watched for errors, drift and exceptions, with agreed review points.
    Handover
You receive documentation, ownership notes and a clear record of how the system works.
    Ongoing improvement
Changes are based on evidence from real use, not on adding features for their own sake.

    Solution on a Page

The problem, proposed system, scope and success measures.

    Proof outputs

Prototype, workflow demonstration, findings or agreed operating recommendations.

    Evidence

What worked, what didn't and what was learned.

    Next-step recommendation

    Proceed, revise or stop.

Scope, access, timing and any costs are agreed in writing before a proof starts.
